How Can pain And Burning Sensation In The Foot Be Treated?
Hi , I have sudden burning and sharp pains in the bottom of my left foot towards the toes in the middle. I also get blurry vision in the motioning fir about 20 mins to an hour lately not so much and shorter times. I m thinking this might be ore diabetes and I have since changed my fdiet no sugar and no dimple carbs high veggies and small amount of meat or fish. I weight 130 pounds and is 5ft 2 inches. Do you think I am right?
Check your blood glucose both fasting and postprandial. Then your primary care physician will decide whether you need antidiabetic medication or diet is enough to control your blood glucose. The blurring of your vision could also be due to fluctuating blood glucose. If you do not have any medical reasons to be physically active you can do exercise like walking or jogging half an hour a day 5/7 days in a week.
